I have a simple board with a S32K144W (48-pin) and am trying to create a very simple application using S32 Design Studio. I used the Config Tools to setup the main system clocks, SWD, Low Power Timer and Low Power UART. I generated all the code for the above configuration however, when I build the project I get:

fatal error: status.h: No such file or directory

This file is referenced by the peripheral header files.

Can anyone help?

Andy

Hi @ArkAndyFraser

Some irregularities have been reported by other customers about the support of S32K1 devices with S32DS v3.5.

Please help us use S32DS3.4 for these devices. And let us know if the problem persists.

@VaneB

I used the Update Code button before building.

Please find additional information below.

S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform

@VaneB
Yes, dropping back to 3.4 seems to have done the trick. I hope NXP is working on this as I don't like running older versions of development tools.

Hi @ArkAndyFraser

Could you provide me with the following information?

  • IDE version
  • SDK/RTD version
  • configurations made
  • Once you made the configurations, did you update the code?

The more details you provide us on the steps you made to create and implement the project, It is easy for us to understand the problem.
