I got a customer reporting this issue with S32DS for ARM 2.0  and 2018.R1 after Win10 installation.

No project (even clean examples) build anymore on this PC.

Could you provide guidance on how to workaround or if a Windows fix is need?

2 [main] make 8392 child_info_fork::abort: C:\Tool\NXP\S32DS_ARM_v2.0\utils\msys32\usr\bin\msys-iconv-2.dll: Loaded to different address: parent(0x2E60000) != child(0x26D0000)

make: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

Thanks.

Hi Adrian,

You can try rebooting and run {S32DS PATH}/utils/msys32/autorebase.bat

Best regards,

Dmitry

Hi,

For me the path to this tool was a little bit different for S32DS3.4 on windows:

C:\NXP\S32DS.3.4\S32DS\build_tools\msys32\autorebase.bat

Kind regards,

Cis

Hi Adrian,

here is similar bug - child_info_fork::abort: dll loaded to different address · Issue #477 · babun/babun · GitHub

The Windows update should help.

Jiri
