What ids the MPC5644A's instruction cache size?In the device UM (MPC5644ARM) it is 8K. In the e200Z4 UM (e200z4RM) it is 4K, so which is the right value?Is there a way to inspect the IC with S32DS (we had this feature with CW)?

MPC5644A has e200z448n3 with 8KB instruction chache.
In S32DS is no such feature (IC Inspect) for MPC5644A. You can use SDK and Processor Expert for some devices (MPC5748G,MPC5744P, S32R274).
