License activation error

i am trying re install s32k design studio for ARM, i had to uninstall it was working fine till yesterday, today i downloaded the new copy of s32k for arm 2018 R1. I have got a email with license key. but i am getting error verifying key even with online method and offline method

I just checked your account, I can see that you successfully activated this license on July 23, 2023. Could you confirm if the issue is now resolved?
