How do I obtain a new activation code with a valid license period?

I need to use "S32DS for Arm 2018.R1" again.

The activation code ("CA1E-5E8C-4B42-0655") I downloaded today shows as expired (Feb 24, 2022) in the License List.
(Therefore, offline activation also fails.)

How can I obtain a new "Activation Code" with a valid license expiration date?

Hi, 

I've just  fixed your license expiration date. Please use the same activation code to activate/refresh the license either online or offline.

After deleting the folder below and performing the installation,
offline activation ultimately succeeded.

and it still shows "License cannot be generated, it has already expired."
