I'm using a example project Dio_ToggleLed example in RTD 4.4 for board S32K144 EVB (MCAL layer). I also added CAN to this project but had some problem (see the picture attached). Thanks for reading.

Are you able to share the project so I can take a look into configuration and drivers? By the image you've shared, it seems like the generation is corrupted.
Also, which RTD version are you using? 4.4 is AUTOSAR version, not RTD. RTD for S32K1 has versions 1.0.0, 2.0.0 and 3.0.0.
You can also refer to the Can_Example already included with the drivers. It configures FlexCAN0 instance:
