Activation problem "S32 Design Studio for e200" - need compiler for "Model Based Toolbox 2.0"

Hey Guy's,

I'm also facing activation problems for S32 PA 1.1.

I tried offline and online product activation, but nothing worked for me.

   Offline: "Invalid Offline Response" --->  <ResponseType>CLIENT_CONFIG</ResponseType>

   Online: "Error sending activation request .... (FNP error 50041,41143,34)" (No Firewall, Mobile Network and Company Network)

Actually, I only need the s32 e200 compiler for the new "Model Based Library v2.0" for Matlab. Does anybody know a workaround for my problem?

Any Updates regarding the new Version - seems like the link is down for a while now...? S32 Design Studio for Power v1.1 - Update 1 available

I am facing the problem in installing S32 Design studio in Linux machine (Ubuntu 16.04). When I enter the activation code received in the mail in 'S32DS Activation' dialog box and select the activation type as "online" , I am getting the following error, shown in the screen snippet. Please let me know how to resolve this.
Additionally the desktop is connected to the internet. Thank you..

I suspect this could be caused by a firewall or an antivirus sw that prevents connection from you computer to the licensing/activation cloud.

I'd recommend you to try use offline activation in this case.

I do have the exact same problem and I think I know why: My companies firewall rules prevent the online registration from succeeding as it worked fine on my private computer which is not limitted in that respect.

So you definitely have to fix the offline activation issue as my guess is that otherwise nearly no-one from the automotive industry will (should) be able to use your stuff!

Hello Kevin,

Thanks for your report and we apologize about the inconveniences!

I've checked your activation attempts records and there are offline activation attempts only. Your online registration attempts haven't reached our server. There must be something blocking the communication with our servers. I'll escalate this to the licensing team.

Regarding offline activation issue (Client config response) - we are currently working on a fix. I'm afraid currently there is no workaround.

I'll inform you as soon as there is any update.

Regarding the S32DS power v1.1 update 1 ... this update does not address the issue with offline activation. Anyway I contacted our web team to add this file back into download section - this may take few days.
