Is there an existing library of S12zvc in some kinds of software，such as altium designer,protel,or cadence... if not,which software should i choose.If there is common shared library and pcb. file that can be shared to me，thanks.

You can use Allegro PCB designer software, but you can try to import the files to your preferred PCB design software.
