1.click "Debug settings"

2.click "Edit"

3.click "Edit" too

4.choise"MC9S12ZVM32"

and you can download your code now.

By the way, could you please tell me where I can download circuit diagram and refrence manual?

Unfortunately, patch and header file for CodeWarrior are not publicly available yet.
