how about the eeprom of S12GA48F0MLF

Hello everyone ,

I find  the different size of EEPROM onf different DOC, on the date sheet at here http://cache.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/ref_manual/MC9S12GRMV1.pdf?pspll=1  , it says 1.5K,

while on this DOC, it says 4K, http://www.nxp.com/webapp/search.partparamdetail.framework?PART_NUMBER=S9S12GA48F0MLF 

Could you please tell me the correct answer .ASAP.

Hi fan,

The correct information is in reference manual.

S12GA48 have 1.5kB EEPROM.
