What is the difference between S12X and S12Z core ?

I wanted to know the difference between the S12X and S12Z core. If the things are implemented in the MCS12XDP512 can directly compatible with MC9S12ZVM.

Is there things that to be needs to be taken care before porting. Iam going through the stuffs available on this but I need immediate inputs on this.

I would like to add two more specific points:

1. S12Z MCUs have implemented ECC on RAM and Flash (you cannot use cumulative write into Flash).

2. Double bit ECC error, illegal opcode and illegal address access will cause Machine exception interrupt.
