Tool qualification of Codewarrior V11.1 and FreeMaster 3.1

We are developing a MCU( S12ZVML) and need to prove tool qualification of Codewarrior v11.1& FreeMASTER3.1.  As I know, there is no certification but I heard that NXP provide customers proven in use documents instead so we try to explain "Increased confidence from use" for qualification. Can I receive the customers proven in use documents?

Hello,

I sent you CW11.1 Proven In Use document via email.

There is no such document for FreeMaster as this is just a monitoring or debugging tool.

Proven In Use is only required for tools that affect and can change the embedded code or processor.
