Problem to communicate with UJA1023 LIN I/O Slave

Hello,

I have a problem to communicate with a UJA1023 slave. C1-C3 conntected to GND.

I send from master: BREAK + SYNCFRAME(0x55) + 3C 60 06 B1 11 00 00 00 04 D2(CHECKSUM)

And then: BREAK + SYNCFRAME(0x55) + 7D (3D with Parity bits)

but after this the UJA1023 gives no Data for answer.

What did I wrong?
