I`ve got some questions regarding the internal temperature sensor.
Is there a detailed description of the regsiters B_COMP_ITO, B_COMP_ITG, B_COMP_ETG avialable (e.g. Calculation)?
Are the trim values induvidual calculated for every MCU?
