How to use Rappid bootloader with S12ZVML-MINIBRD kit ?

I've flashed S12ZVM.rbf file into the board. When I'm trying download my application using Rappid PC-side application - I get the following error message: 'CCP Communication Error. Loss Communicatin with CCP MCU. Please cycle power and try again." Of course cycling power doesn't help...
How to slove this problem ?
Does this (S12ZVM.rbf) Rappid bootloader work with UART1 (which is accessible via USB on this board) ?

Btw, please ensure the USB-to-SCI (UART port) operates correctly.
