How to add external ram in Processor Expert cpu build options

I want to add 256KB of external SRAM in normal expanded mode.

I am unable to add an external ram memory segment

using PE on the build options tab of the MC912SXD cpu bean.

* Name: RAM_External

* Qualifier: READ/WRITE

* Address: 140000 H

* Size 40000 H

At compile/link I get INTERNAL ERROR: at line 35 Unexpected status...... file: Drivers\HCS12\MC9S12_Linker.prg

Can anyone point out my error?

This problem has been fixed in Processor Expert v2.99 for CodeWarrior v4.7. This version of Processor Expert is available as a service Pack on Freescale web.
