Debugger connection error

Hi,

I am currently using codewarrior 10.7 on windows 10 - 64bit os. 

I am not able to download the code using debugger on board S12ZVML128 MCU, i am attaching the snap of the error message which is popping everytime whenever i click debug button on codewarrior 10.7 

I also Re-installed the CodeWarrior and tried to debug another workspace but still it is showing the same error message.

Suggest me method in order to fix this issue.
