CAN Conformance Testing in MC9S12B128

Dear All,

I would like to know if the CAN Controller in the MC9S12B128 micro has been tested according to Conformance Tests as per ISO16845? Please find below some of the requirements of the test:

• Valid frame format class
• Error detection class
• Active error frame management class
• Overload frame class
• Passive error state and bus-off class
• Bit-timing class

Hello,

The S12B128 had its msCAN module tested on another reference.
One conformance testing applies to all devices with the same CAN module revision.

There is one exception to conformance described in the errata sheet: MUCts03570

The test also covered additional parts which are outside the ISO scope but important.
