IoT Kit rebooting during first connection

If I do provisioning with App on IPhone7, iOS 12.1.2 and the IoT device is in the home screen of the "out of the box"-App the IoT device is rebooting and I cannot receive any data in my app. Only if I switch to another tab that is not the home tak, like "Application" the device will not reboot and sens the sensor values.

Is this bug already known?

Hi Thorsten,

This is the first time this behavior is reported. I just tested your configuration and could not reproduce your issue.

Please try Estephania's proposal - This puts the kit back in out of factory state.

If problem still persits, compile the latest version of the out of the box example from the Rapid IoT studio and flash the cirresponding binary. If problem still persist let us know.
