We are using P1022 in our design. In one of the boards core 1 does not boot up and following print is being displayed :-
"CPU up timeout. CPU up mask is 1 should be 3".
Please guide about the possible reasons for the same.
The issue corresponds to incorrect processor powering.
It is required to doublecheck the design referring the processor's Hardware Specifications and Design Checklist.

We have now configured this as P1013 by keeping the test_sel pin low and it is working properly.
We have checked all the power and clock rails and POR settings and they are as per processor specifications.
