USB hotplug is not working if CONFIG_PM is enabled

Hello,

I'm facing an issue with USB detection when CONFIG_PM is enabled.

With CONFIG_PM=y, USB enumeration works fine if USB is connected to the device before power on, If USB is connected to the device after power on, no USB related message is seen in dmeg . 

If CONFIG_PM=n, then USB just works fine.

I'm using Freescale LS1021A, kernel - 4.14.53-rt34.

Any help is appreciated.

This setting is enabled in NXP SDK/LSDK. See the power-management.txt in /Documentation folder.
