We try to connect T1024 RDB and Marvell Switch Reference Board in PCIe interface (PCIe controller 2). The switch is enumerated in T1024 and the vendor/device id of switch is listed in "lspci" command. While we try to access the config space in /sys/bus/pci/devices/0002:05:00.0/config from linux prompt, the following error message is shown,

It is understood from the T1024 RM that, the 0x00400000 in ERR_DR register is due to OAC (Outbound ATMU crossing). Please mention the possible reasons for this error.
