P1020RDB-PD boot from either Flash or SD card.

I am looking to boot the P1020RDB-PD from either Flash or SD card.  I would like to try both.  Ultimately, I would like to have a bootable image with VxWorks kernel and application.  Can you point me to documentation and boot images to do this?

The QorIQ SDK V1.9 PPCE500V2 IMAGE ISO contains following pre-built binary images for the P1020RDB-PD:

U-Boot NOR image, U-Boot SD card image, complete NOR Flash image and complete NAND Flash image
