How to configure SR-IOV for LS2088ARDB? Is it only possible using CodeWarrior setup?

Hi Ufedor, 

Thanks for sharing the document. This document helps me in understanding the SR-IOV configuration in the configuration space. My doubt is more about, is there any utility (PCIM) or SDK available to write into these registers to configure the SR-IOV. To make it simple, How to find PEX3 PCI controller in the LS2088ARDB and configure these registers. 

In LS2088A, I'm finding only two devices in lspci command and in Uboot prompt also no PCI devices are listed in PCI command.
