Latest Supported LS1043A Linux Version

Hi All, 

I have been trying to figure out which Linux kernel version is the latest LTS and also supported by NXP for the LS1043A without any success. The only thing I found is in a release note linked below but kernel version 4.1.35 seems a bit out of date. Not sure if relevant, but I am using Buildroot for my build system. Any help would be appreciated.

For LS1043A processor please look our Layerscape SDK, this SDK is more recent than QorIQ SDK you mentioned.
