LS1043ARDB CWTAP connection failed

Hi,

I cannot connect LS1043ARDB by using CodeWarrior TAP and CWH-CTP-CTX10-YE.

The error:

How to solve this problem? Maybe I am not configure SW correctly?

Is there log from CCS if connection is not happen?

Your dump shows that there is connection between CodeWarrior TAP and your board. CodeWarrior TAP has read ID and detected the LS1043a rev1.x.

See attached snapshot. Check CodeWarrior setting using this snapshot.

Attached file also contains simple CodeWarrior project for the LS1043ARDB board.

Check JTAG connection on your board using the Figure 100 of the LS1043a Datasheet:

Test your connection to your board using the following commands in CCS:

config cc cwtap

show cc

and

log v

source IDcode.tcl

I use CCS and test my connection:

I just set SW3[6] = 1 for JTAG configuration. LS1043ARDB, CWTAP and CWH-CTP-CTX10-YE are all new, so the pyhsical connection really have some errors?
