In LS1043A, Debug Console Port Using UART

Hi,

We have connected UART1 to Data Switch (Trident 2+). Shall we use UART2 as Debug console port in LS1043A? Please confirm.

From the hardware point of view, LS1046A does not need console debug port, debugging is performed via special debigging connector. If you mean console output of particular software, for example U-boot, than this software can be configured as you wish.
