Ref C29x in PKCAL mode, pins RSVD09..62 have Note #15:
"15. These pins must be pulled to ground (GND)."
This suggests these pins need to have pull-down resistor(s) to GND.
Is this a correct interpretation or is it acceptable to tie these pins directly to GND?
If pull-down resistors are needed - what value is suggested?
