every time when i close a project and then open it i will not be able to add any component to the project any more

in the components library it show no project focused and the "add to project is always grey"

Hello,

indeed, this is a problem in my view.

But here is how you get the focus back:

in the Project Panel view, click on the ProcessorExpert.pe file and unfold it: that way it gets the focus.

why can't i just set the project active by double click on the project or something similar

that's usually the case in most IDE

I agree with you. I know that if you open the project, the Processor Expert information is loaded in the background again (re-loaded). I'm using this to refresh the Processor Expert information.

I believe something is missing in the load procedure of Processor Expert (to select the ProcessorExpert.pe information internally). I have passed this to the engineering team.

But you might submit a service request in parallel in any case.

This behaviour has been already improved in CW V10.3. This verison should be published in Q3-Q4.
