Is PEx for TWR-K21D50M broken?

Using either PEx stand-alone or in CW10.4, PEx does not allow me to set the CPU frequency to 48MHz using 8MHz crystal with FEE.

Furthermore, using the BitIO LDD, there is no method for Toggling a bit.

I assume that PEx is correct. BitIO_LDD provides NegVal method for toggling purposes. Please also do not forget to switch to the Expert mode in the Component Inspector view (right top part of this view).

Regarding to running on 48MHz from 8MHz crystal in FEE mode. Would be OK for you to run in PEE mode? I was able to select 48 MHz in this mode. However in FEE seems that the max is 40 MHz based on the provided input values.
