we are using the code warrior  v8.8 in that while entering into debug that time we are getting an error .tha errors ccs log will be attached below .

Test your connection of your TAP to the board.

Use /Tools/Hardware Diagnostics menu of CodeWarrior 8.8.

The MPC866 uses BDM connection (10pins) for debugging.
