Please let me know the standalone power of MPC8640D processor when no software is loaded and processor is out of reset.

Power consumption in the requested case was not characterized, but, considering that the processor is in completely operational state (i.e. fully powered and all internal clocks are enabled), it could be estimated as 12-14 W.
