Dears：
The customer welded the P2041 to the PCB board, but found that the PCIE communication was abnormal at room temperature and could not be connected to the FPGA.
After heating up the board, or put an 80 degree heat sink to the P2041, the PCIe can communicate normally.However, after the temperature drops to normal temperature, the PCIE cannot communicate with the FPGA normally.
This is a project that has already been mass-produced. This problem only appears in a new batch of P2041.
