Hello,

I am using LTIB for Kernel image building for the bsp "MPC8360EA-MDS-RDB" and I am using ubuntu 9.04 loaded PC. I built LTIB successfully, but the built kernel not supporting RT-Linux. So, how can I add RT-Linux patch for this BSP using LTIB.?

Please respond as soon as possible.

Thanks

Prakash

In fact, our Linux kernel is a standard Linux kernel, we just add some driver into it. So default, it's a preemptive kernel. All of Linux kernel supports preemp in kernel control path.See attached file.

Thanks for suggestion. I already built kernel for MPC8323e-rdb board where it has a "kernel-2.6.20-rt8" option.

but here in this MPC8360EA-MDS-PB kernel building has no such option. What is the main difference between theses two.?

Regards,

Prakash
