Differences between XPC8240 chips

I'm struggling to find online documentation regarding both the XPC8240RZU250E and the XPC8240RZU250D. I have both in my possession and they are exhibiting different behaviors. Does anyone have information on what the differences between the "D" and "E" versions are?
