CodeWarrior® TAP

I want to use CodeWarrior® TAP as a standalone programmer only. The compiled file will be from a WindRiver Diab Compiler 5.9x or any other compiler compatible for the target device MPC855 (PowerQUICC Processor)

Does a free Windows 10 software/driver is included or available from NXP for that purpose?

We are not sure about CodeWarrior Tap compatibility with WindRiver Diab Compiler
