Hello, I am evaluating the mc33771 battery cell manager ic for use in a bms design I'm working on. I was wondering if there was any documentation regarding using the I2C pins on the mc33771 to communicate to another device? I do not require the eeprom chip on the evaluation board. I'd like to expose those pins so I could attach some sensors.

Hello Jesus,
The I2C interface on the MC33771 is intended to be used only with an external EEPROM to store calibration parameters defined by the user. It does not allow interfacing other ICs such as sensors etc.
Best regards,
Tomas
