Hello Tracy,

When the SBC wakes up from Sleep mode, it transitions through Reset mode and then to Standby mode, at which point the V1 regulator is enabled to supply the microcontroller.

According to the datasheet (Section 11 – Dynamic Characteristics), the delay for V1 to reach 90% of its nominal voltage is defined as the start-up time (Tstartup).

The specified values are:
Typical: 2.8ms
Maximum: 4.7ms

So, after a wake-up event in Sleep mode, V1 will typically be available within approximately 3–5ms.

BRs, Tomas
