I found below explanation at the datasheet.

please let me make clear below points.

 (a)Does this meas SRC_POR_B signal can be immediately deasserted after VDD_xxx_CAP supplies are stable?

 (b)If the answer is YES for question(a), is it not necessary to wait other voltage become stable?

 (c)Decided to use I.MX6 Dual Lite. so, is there dedicated specification for SRC_POR_B timing?

it is necessary to wait until all other power supplies become stable.
