NXP currently does not offer such a programmable voltage regulator IC.
Our strategy is to provide highly integrated ICs such as PMICs and SBCs including several buck-boost regulators/LDOs + functional safety features meeting safety integrity levels up to ASIL D, but not standalone programmable LDOs or switching regulators.
You may have already done this, but I would recommend contacting other manufacturers such MaxLinear, ON Semiconductor, Microchip etc.
