Hello,
My design has PF8100XXES PMIC with i.MX8QXP SoC.
The PMIC doesn't start - LDO1 and LDO2 shows 0V, 4.0V is supplied to VIN and LDO12IN.
When V1P5D rises to 1.5V the V1P5A rises to 1.5V and immediately falls to 0V (see attached picture V1P5D -yan, V1P5A - red).
The schematics attached as well.
Regards,
Igor

Hello Jose,
Thank you for reply!
There were two problems in my design:
1. Unassembled INT# PU 1.8V (R490 - 100K).
2. My P8100 wasn't OTP programmed, so I should been use default hardwire configuration VDDOTP PU 1.5V (R365 - 10K, R366 -DNP).
Best Regards,
Igor
Hi,
First, you should know the device ID, as the PN is PF8100XXES, it is customer sample. So you need to know the OTP configuration of the device you use. We recommend you to use CC version PF8100 to supply i.MX8QXP platform.
Seems like VSNVS is not power up in your test result, so PWRON can't be pulled up and PMIC isn't turn on. It should be 3.0V when VIn is high.
Try to use 5V VIN and Confirm VSNVS is power on in PF8100 OTP configuration.
Do you mind sharing the following information, please?
Have a great day,
Jose
