Hi

When I use NXP GUI to do PF5300 calculation I have a question: 

When I change Rja value, the Chip loss and Ext loss also changed. This confused me.

I think the Chip loss and Ext loss should not be change.

我尝试了一下好像这个NXP GUI计算有bug。输入的Rja值不能超过40。

我输入40以下的Rja值Tj是线性增加的。输入40的话,计算的结果和4一样。这个应该是个bug。

请问能否修复一下

Hi

热阻 跟温升跟功耗是有关系的。

假如你的热阻变化了温升也变了所以有可能功耗也在变,这个变化中唯独不变的是Tj(max)不能是这个Tj超过150C否则芯片就damage了

您说的这情况我理解了。

根据公式T_j=T_a+R_ja*P_loss
T_a:环境温度,
R_ja:热阻,
P_loss:PMIC的功率损耗

热阻越大结温不应该越高吗?
这里选用大的热阻,功率损耗反而减小了,结温也下降了,这一点我有点不能理解。

就是因为结温很大所以功耗不能大啊!

结温大功耗小Tj可大可小。
