Datasheet for PH0925CL

Hi,

I'm looking for datasheet for PH0925CL MOSFET. A found that  it is N-CHANNEL 25V 0.75M and looks like it is obselete. Searching with google, on NXP, Nexperia site didn't help. Maybe somebody know where I can download it.
