hello,

      I can communicate between the 2 p2041 using the rapidIO.

     how can I using the message END API ?

Yes, the P2041 can be connected using RapidIO. The P2041 can communicate using this connection. See please the Chapter 4.12 of the RapidIO Interconnect Specification, Revision 2.1 Part 6 (http://www.rapidio.org/specs/current)
 
There is single limitation for the P2041 and P4080 RapidIO:
The P2041 and P4080 RapidIO endpoint cannot be configured as four 1x ports
