P5020 Absolute Maximum Operating Temperature

Does NXP have any limits or data on the absolute maximum operating temperature of the P5020 processor? 

The hardware manual states the maximum recommended operating temperature is +105C but what happens if this is exceeded while operating but below the non-operational temperature maximum (+150C) for a period of less than a week?
