P2020EC Rev 2, Table 59, Enhanced Local Bus Timing Specifications - PLL Enabled Mode, does not provide output delay for LALE. Associated Figure 37, Local Bus AC Timing Diagram (PLL Enabled), shows LALE output delay less than general output delay tLBKHOV. Is this relationship guaranteed, i.e. is LALE output delay always less than or equal to tBKHOV?

LALE timing is specified relatively to LAD - timing parameter tLBONOT
LALE is used to drive external address latch, so the only required parameter for latch is hold time for LAD signals relatively to LALE negation.
We do not specify other timings for LALE.
