Codewarrior Connect Failure

Our Objective to erase the flash on the P2020AMC

With the help of expansion card i am trying to connect using JTAG (Codewarrior USB TAP COP)

I have installed the CodeWarrior for Power Architecture v10.2.1 and trying to use the Flash Programmer.

But while trying to establish connection i am getting the connect failed error.

The screenshot is attached. If any one have encountered similar error please respond.

I guess this is related to the "Target Initialization file", please make sure you are using the corrected target initialization file, which You can find some information about in document Targeting PA Processors.pdf in C:\Program Files\Freescale\CW PA v10.x\PA\Help\PDF.
