read MK20DX256 flash

Greetings,
I have a Teensy® 3.2 Development Board, on which there is an MK20DX256 MCU. This is currently scheduled, but the module is broken.

What I would like to do is copy all the contents of the flash into a new module. However, having never directly used the NXP tools, I would need a hand to understand how to read the contents of the micro's flash so that I can then rewrite it on a new micro.

The electrical diagram of the module is attached.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

The easiest way is to request to the owner´s code the source/bin file.

Another way to read back flash content (from an unlocked device) is make a small program which run in RAM and can transfer flash data to a computer via UART.
