marking code

In our product we use a double PNP transistor PUMB20, which comes in a SOT363 package with marking code B9t.
Some boards have some strange behaviour in certain conditions and it turned out that those boards fit a SOT363 with marking code H7t.
Any idea how can I find the datasheet correspondent that marking code?

Thanks!
Andrea

they are different  .

PUMB20=b9t  PNP/PNP resistor-equipped transistors; R1 = 2.2 kOhm, R2 = 2.2 kOhm

 PUMH20=H7t   SOT363 NPN/NPN resistor-equipped transistors; R1 = 2.2 kOhm, R2 = 2.2 kOhm
