I want to generate ticket a for an issue but I am facing Single Sign-ON Error  when i go to generate a ticket . Please help me how to solve that?

I followed this document

Hi,

I run into a similar problem now - I can log on to "My NXP", but as soon as I want to open my support ticket I get a

I tried different browsers, different Internet connection and even a different PC, so the problem has to be related to my account.
